The history of Rotterdam

Rotterdam is a city that has existed since the Middle Ages and has been an important port city since the 14th century. During World War II, the city was almost completely destroyed by bombings in 1940 but was rebuilt and has since become a symbol of urban development and modernization. The city was also a centre for art and culture in the 17th and 18th centuries, with famous painters such as Rembrandt and Vermeer having connections to the city.

They also offer several master’s programs and courses at the secondary education level.
